MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

Moretti Glass Canada currently has no minimum order since every order is important to us either big or small. The disadvantage of a small order will be the shipping which may be high sometimes for the amount of material in small orders

PRICES

Moretti Glass Canada reserves the right to change prices at any moment without any notice. all prices in the SHOPPING CART area will be respected but prices on the PRODUCT PAGES on the website may not always be exact. Refer yourself to the shopping cart for the accurate prices as the product pages may not always be up to date compared to the shopping cart itself.

SPECIAL PRICES & DISCOUNTS

Moretti Glass Canada reserves the right to discount items for customers that require a large or bulk purchase if the customer inquires with us about his intended purchase. All SPECIAL prices published on the website or shopping cart will end on the last day (included)of the sale at midnight. All undetermined length sales will end at any moment that we decide.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All products that are not carried in stock and must be ordered will require a 25%-50% deposit depending on the item by the customer and will be ordered ONLY when we receive the deposit. Once the product has been received, the customer will be notified of the arrival and the balance of the payment must be made. If the customer decides not to purchase the item, we reserve the right to keep the deposit depending on the product ordered (small items that can be sold easily will not cause the deposit to be kept by large costly items not easily sold may be subject this rule).

BACKORDERS

If a customer has an item which is not available (backordered) at the time of purchase, he/she will be notified and asked if they want Moretti Glass Canada to notify them at time of arrival of the product. We do not charge the products right away unless specified by the customer on the invoice since sometimes we have no idea on arrival date (specifically with glass). We keep the backorder on record in the customers file and once arrived the customer is notified that the product is available for purchase.
