Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING COMPANY

We currently use CANADA POST for all our shipping since it is the most economical method to use for all our customer and also keeps the price to the lowest possible for long distances. If you require another specific shipping carrier please inform us so we can quote you with that specific carrier

TERRITORIES COVERED

We will ship anywhere in the world where it is possible but some countries may have customs restrictions on products and also insurance may be limited to some locations. It is also possible that some air parcel delivery services might not be available to specific parts of the world.

DELIVERY STANDARDS

The delivery standards for Canada are from 1-10 days depending on location.
In general the Western Provinces such as British-Columbia and Alberta tend to take an average of 6-10 Days delivery time but may arrive earlier as we have seen many times.
More Central Provinces such as Saskatchewan,Manitoba and Ontario will tend to take about 2-6 Days delivery
The Eastern Provinces such as Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland take between 1-4 Days delivery

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All items that are to be returned must have our authorization and you must indicate the RETURN NUMBER that was given to you by Moretti Glass Canada on the returned products. We may also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on some items upon their return tu us. On returning an item that was sent to the customer and was our mistake, we will arrange the proper return with the customer. If you wish to send an item back for which you made a mistake, the shipping will be need to be paid in full by the customer. All items must be returned within 30 days from the time of purchase by the customer and all original papers such as the original invoice and receipt mustaccompany the returned item for proof of purchase. Please make sure that the product you return can still be salvaged and sold or we reserve the right not to credit your purchase if the product cannot be salvaged at all or is broken by the customer. We will do our best to please our customers and make sure all orders are filled properly.
